This policy on personal data protection and privacy (hereinafter, as they may be periodically updated and modified, the “Terms and Conditions”) governs the collection, storage, processing, protection, and management of data obtained by Aero Doc, Inc. (hereinafter “Aerodoc” or the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of Florida, United States of America, from its customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders, of any nationality or residence (the “User”), through various means, whether contact with the Company is in person, by telephone, through the Website (defined below), or by email.
These Terms and Conditions can be consulted on the website https://www.aerodoc.com/ and/or on any other website that replaces it or is used by the Company in the future (the “Website”).
By registering or providing your personal information on the Website, the User accepts, in full, unconditional, and unrestricted form, that the Company uses personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any decisions Aerodoc may make on any matter not provided for herein.
Aerodoc reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion (including, without limitation, their scope or content, temporary and/or geographic validity, etc.), in which case the new versions of the Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website.
Purpose
Aerodoc collects personal data from Users for the following purposes:
a) Provide the services offered by the Company;
b) Send communications and/or contacts about activities, events, surveys, polls, business opportunities, products, or services provided or offered by the Company now or in the future;
c) Evaluate the quality of the products and services offered by the Company and the level of satisfaction of customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, through satisfaction surveys and other mechanisms enabled for this purpose;
d) Access certain functions of its Website;
e) Include Users in the Company’s newsletter (for sending communications about news, new service launches, notices, etc.);

Information Collected
a) Actively Submitted Data by the User
Through the Website, the Company may collect personal information provided by the User, such as name, address, contact information (email address, phone numbers). Additionally, when necessary, specific information may be requested to process an order, provide a service, or make a delivery or billing.
The Company will never request passwords or access keys to accounts of any kind. The User is solely responsible for keeping their passwords and/or any information from their personal account confidential.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency, and authenticity of the personal information provided and agree to keep it duly updated.

b) Passively Provided Data

Sensitive Data

Minors
If the User is a minor, they can only provide their personal data in the forms with the prior consent of their parents or guardians, by sending the corresponding form duly signed by the parents or guardians by certified mail and with a copy of the ID of the signing parent or guardian to Aerodoc’s contact address. The Company is not responsible for the entry of personal data of minors, and it is the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to control the access of minors to the Website.
Control of Personal Data
The owner of personal data has the right to access them free of charge at intervals not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Any User may, at any time and free of charge, withdraw their consent and/or request the rectification and/or deletion of their personal data collected by the Company, as well as the full or partial withdrawal or blocking thereof, by sending an email, in person, or by certified mail to Aerodoc’s offices, whose contact details are identified below.
In some circumstances, Users may refuse to provide personal data to the Company when requested. If a User refuses to provide personal data when the Company requires it to provide a service, the User may not be able to use Aerodoc’s services.
Retention of Personal Data
The Company will retain and store personal data for as long as necessary for the proper provision of services and/or User access to the Website’s features.
The Company may store Users’ personal data in clouds managed by external service providers, in which case the Company will take reasonable measures to preserve the security of Users’ personal data and comply with this privacy policy.
Aerodoc may destroy the personal information collected from Users, without any liability for the Company.

Aerodoc does not guarantee the invulnerability of the Website and/or the Applications. Consequently, while Aerodoc will make its best efforts to protect Users’ personal data, it will not be responsible for the dissemination of such data by third parties or for any damages that such dissemination may cause.
Transfer of Personal Data
By providing personal information on the Website and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User expressly consents (in accordance with applicable data protection laws) to Aerodoc transferring or internationally assigning certain personal information to third parties affiliated with the Company for the provision of services contracted by the User, even if such third party resides in a country that does not provide adequate levels of protection according to applicable law.
If this were to occur, the User’s personal information would still be protected by the Company even if there are no international data transfer agreements in accordance with applicable regulations.
